We understand the safety and well-being of your loved one is paramount when they are in care so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to raise any issues or concerns you may have. Write to us using the contact form and remember to choose your subject as ‘I have a concern’ and it will go direct to the manager. At Tendercare it is our aim to give staff, relatives and patients the power to flag up any problems so they can be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
