About our staff
The present manager of Tendercare has worked in care for the past 20 years, in both nursing and residential. Staff are seleccted for their qualities of reliability, integrity, skill, friendliness, and professionalism. We have 3 wakeful care staff on duty at night, 5 care staff on duty in the morning, and 5 in the afternoon. By training staff so that we work as a team we achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients as well as helping staff members achieve their own goals.
